How review management works

Does this follow Google's review rules?

Yes. Google's policy says you can't ask only happy customers for reviews. Every customer gets the same request, and the feedback page for 1-3 star ratings still shows a link to your Google review page. You hear about the problem first, and the customer still decides where to post.

What happens after you click send
  1. Upload your customers from a CSV. Exports from Square, Housecall Pro, Jobber and Google Contacts work as they are.
  2. Each customer gets an email from your business name asking how you did. Replies go to your inbox.
  3. They tap a star. No login, no app.
  4. 4-5 stars go to your Google review page. 1-3 stars see a short feedback form, and you get an email alert with what they wrote.

How much does review management software cost?

Will it work with the software I already use?

If it can export customers to a CSV file, yes. Exports from Square, Housecall Pro, Jobber and Google Contacts upload as they are, with no reformatting.

What happens when someone leaves a bad rating?

They see a short form asking what went wrong, and you get an email alert straight away with their answer and how to reach them. The form also keeps a link to your Google review page, so the choice stays theirs.

Can I change what the email says?

Yes. You can set your own subject line in Settings. The email always comes from your business name, and replies go to your inbox.

How long does setup take?
