Can I upload my existing customer list?

Yes. Upload a CSV file. Exports from Square, Housecall Pro, Jobber and Google Contacts work as they are, and you can tag contacts as you import them.

Who do the emails come from?

Your business name. When customers reply, the reply goes to your inbox.

What happens when someone unsubscribes?

They are removed from every future send automatically, including emails you already scheduled. You never have to manage it by hand.

Can I schedule an email for later?

Yes. Write it now, pick the day and time, and it goes out on its own. Useful for weekend specials and holiday offers.
