ReviewUsToday lets businesses email review requests and promotions to their own customers.
You may only email people who are your customers and who have agreed to hear from you. You are solely responsible for having permission to email your contacts and for complying with CAN-SPAM, state and international email laws, and Google's review policies.
No spam, purchased or scraped lists, illegal content, harassment, or misleading messages. We may suspend accounts that generate complaints, high bounce rates, or violate these terms.
After the 3-day free trial, the service is billed monthly at the price of the plan you choose (Starter $50/month, Pro $100/month) until cancelled. You can change plans or cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
Each plan includes the number of emails shown on our pricing page. "Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use: to protect deliverability for all customers, sending may be paused above 5,000 emails per day or 20,000 emails per month, or if your emails generate unusual bounce or complaint rates.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
